Though it doesn’t really get cold enough in Orange County during the winter to justify a lot of outerwear, I’ve seen some fluffy vests in local stores.

I’m not sure it actually makes sense to wear them with bare arms as pictured below, but I can only make that call for myself.

While the Joie version is fluffy all around, the Charlotte Russe style has a ribbed knit back.
