Would you take care of J.Crew’s ruffles?

Love this latest tank from J. Crew that looks like a found item from your grandmother’s attic. Crew says to pair this $89.50 top with a pencil skirt or jeans … I’m thinking gray wool gabardine slacks (slightly slouchy) and faux alligator pumps. And bring on the bangles, baby.

The problem is the cotton and silk construction with hand-knotted silk beads and chiffon ruffles at the neckline. Is this a maintenance nightmare or what?
