World AIDS Day is obviously not about cosmetics  products. But at least two beauty companies are donating proceeds on Tuesday for the cause.

All net profits from the sales of Kiehl’s Hand Care for the Cure will go to AmfAR. The 2.5 fl. oz. limited-edition bottle holds Kiehl’s Ultimate Strength Hand Salve.

It costs $12.50.

mac-viva-glamMAC is also donating funds to AIDS charities from sales of its Viva Glam lipsticks and lip glasses.

While all sales of Viva Glam lip products are donated to the MAC AIDS Fund year-round, on Tuesday only, MAC will match the donations, dollar for dollar, at select locations, including its store at the Shops at Mission Viejo.

The lipsticks and lip glasses are $14 each and available in several shades.

MAC is also selling holiday cards made by children affected by HIV and AIDS around the globe. The Kids Helping Kids cards are available at all MAC locations for $6 each.
